After serving four years in the Navy, I decided to follow my passion for real estate and in 1969 I became a licensed realtor. I completed all the necessary real estate courses from Penn State University and earned my brokers license in 1976. I immediately opened my first real estate office in Coopersburg, PA-where I am still located today. My office provides professional, residential and commercial real estate services based on a foundation of 48 years of knowledge, experience and integrity. My goal, when I started John K. Katzbeck Real Estate, was to help sellers and buyers achieve their financial goals with home ownership. After 48 years of success in the industry, I have decided to give back. I will be charging all my sellers only 4% commission on all listings.
